How we started
We received feedback from participants in the venue management industry that highlighted the shortcomings of existing venue software solutions.
Concerns were consistently raised about the lack of essential functionality, poor or expensive customer support and a fundamental disconnect between the software products and the practical realities of running a venue based business.
After thousands of hours of research, development and design, we completed VenueSumo! Rigorously tested to ensure easy use for both our venue staff and guests, while delivering valuable operational insights to management and owners.
We made a few minor tweaks to improve the software’s performance and are now proud to be able to offer a thoroughly tested all-in-one venue management system to the market in 2023!
