Jamie joins us after senior operational leadership roles at Altitude Trampoline Park and Sky Zone, where she led large, multi-site portfolios across the United States. She brings decades of hands-on experience running high-volume family entertainment venues—deeply understanding the realities of venue performance, systems optimization, guest experience, staffing, and scaling at pace.

Leading VenueSumo’s U.S. Expansion
As VP, Americas, Jamie will lead our U.S. expansion end-to-end. She’ll work closely with our product, customer success, and growth teams to shape onboarding strategies, operational best practices, and product direction specifically for multi-location and enterprise operators.
We’ll also be building out a dedicated U.S. operational team reporting directly to Jamie over the coming months, ensuring our customers across the Americas get localized support from people who truly understand their business.
